1st Day in Perth

Finally it’s the day to fly to Perth!!! I don’t feel all that heavy to leave Miri at the moment, having my whole family to scarify their daily routine just to see me off at the Brunei airport. Furthermore summer and Micha were there too!! And guess what, Nick also see me off. **well basically because they all were all there ~~ makes me feel as if I'm not the one flying ** hoho!!

The night before, I couldn’t be sleeping very well and got up early at 5.30am to get ready to Brunei. With my 7 baggages, we head up to Brunei, we went in 2 separate cars up to meet up with Nick before heading to the airport.

Our meeting point was at the Empire hotel which is a 6 star hotel and the view is just so magnificent!!!  Micha, Summer and I promised and also planned for the end of the year to stay a night at the hotel and enjoy the luxurious hospitality that the hotel has to offer!!!

Moving on, after the meeting up we went straight to the airport. With my 7 baggage, it is very obvious that it is easy for me to get over weight and the funny thing was that I thought that my dad had weighted each of the baggage the day before, after mom told me that they were weighted by my dad which in actual fact he thought I already done it. Hohohoho it’s just hilarious.

The fun keeps going when the check-in counter assistant, she gave me another allowance of 7kgs whiles my total baggage about 59.9kgs!!! And that cost us $1,200BRU my dad got shocked by the number!!

And so, we decided to empty 2 boxes out of the 7, then so happens that we met up with Marlene who is the Miss Champs~~ she won lots of title... anyway she offered to help with my weight luggage since she only will be in Perth for a few days!! Gosh it’s so embarrassing but still it’s great!!

Then, walking into the plane and got settled down. Marlene sat behind me and according to her; it is very seldom that the airbus was as big as the one we boarded!!! And they have each mini TVs to entertain all the passengers onboard, and we were also being served with lots of drinks, and a meal, completed with rice, vegetables and also rendang.... gosh it’s just so tasty... the only thing about the plane, it was about the headset that I was using, one side of the headset wasn’t working well as it can’t project out the characters voice as they were talking in the movie~~ all I can enjoy was the background music of the movie....

I have to admit, with my grey thick sweater, it’s still freaking cold and I actually needed to cover myself with a blanket! Instead of enjoying the movie along the way, I enjoy dozing off since it’s just nice, after the blanket and jacket on me, and hugging a small pillow that the aircraft provided for us.

Talking about this, all the sudden I wish to sleep as well hiak hiaks!!

Getting down from the plane, we head on to the long queue for immigration checks.... it’s a very LOOOOOOONNNGGGGGGGG queue..... But it is amazing that the Australian workers, they are very efficient and fast in doing their job! Strict yet polite hiak hiak!! To be honest, I was really nervous because they all look very furious and kind of fussy.... huhhuhuhu but I got thru with a big welcome smile hohoho!! Glad that over~~~

Moving on with my baggage collection.... omg.... after the long queue.... it’s time to queue longer to wait for the baggage uhuhuhuhu I waited about 15min to collect all my 5 baggage... luckily Marlene was there to assist me with them hiak hiak!!!

After baggage collection, omg.... this is what gets me even more anxious and I almost had an anxiety attack huhuhuhuhu I was put to the Red exit which means I need to scan my stuffs or unpacked just to let them check my itineraries.

 Believe me, it’s also another... LOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGGG queue!!!! But there were a few things that I noticed while I was having my time queuing hiak hiak!!  The inspectors use hound dog to sniff those baggage of each passengers before letting them off to the green exit hohoho so adorable!

Omg this trip in travelling alone, makes me feel like i’m a total noob in everything!! Hohohoho but its worthwhile hiak hiak.

My first time meeting Yvette who is my neighbour, Uncle Steward’s daughter, living in Perth and work as the supervisor manager at the airport!! This girl is super great!! She able to get loan to buy a house in Perth when she was only 19!! Now she is already 29 years old and owned about 3-4 houses by her own~~~ hohoho glad she was there to help me throughout the way and patient enough to wait for me along the whole way of my settling down procedure!

After had everything done, at first we got lost while we were searching for the Vickery hostel hohohoho took us quite awhile until we had someone to bring us to the admin office and that is where i met Kenneth Ung, my primary schoolmate!!

I was being allocated at Unit 29, room 8. I was told that I will be staying over the night alone and Yvette was a bit worried for my safety and hoping I would be fine ~ after getting KFC which was the only place to get food when it is about 9pm plus.... gosh ...

We had KFC back in my hostel and Yvette gets time going through what I’m lacking during my stay in this hostel. Not long after that, my hostel phone rang... Shu Na found me!!! I was so much relieved about being alone and we got to hang out at their place which is off campus... they are all doing their masters!! And still left a year to graduation, which is also same, goes to me!! So much motivated!!!

Had my printer bought and they walked me home after that, and it was 11pm plus and I was all alone at the hostel and it was a little bit freaky.

I didn’t dare to shower nor get my bed properly done since this hostel, I might only going to be staying a night instead.... huhuhuhu for me to unpack will be mess if I need to move out to another unit later on.

Luckily Shuna they found me or else, electronic devices will be all dead by then hiak hiak!!  I forgotten to bring my baby pillow, and i had no blanket to cover myself for the night... it was so cold... I really want to talk to my family about it and also shared it with my friends but then they are just too far and expensive to be reached... so I decided to sleep... but something actually helps me through the night!!

I didn’t notice that there were these night glowing stickers all over the ceiling at first, and it was so beautiful and I actually smiled and slept... though I was very tired but I refused to too comfortable since I’m not alone... noises everywhere, including the day.

A Trip to the Dental Center

I had my tooth done and yes, I had a tooth decay~~ huhuhuhuhuhu and I walked into the clinic with my upwards smile and happy thoughts, that the dentist would give to me after everything is over!!!



Well to feel the happiness, its not just about the money you need to flow out along the way~~ your courage to face all those drills and sharp tools and not to forget,




THE SUPER DUPER SUCKER ** that sucks your saliva while your mouth is wide open~~~~~!!!!

hohohoho yeah I do look like that when the dentist really drills my tooth for fillings..... it doesn't feels or seems to be as pleasant :(

Today

Today,

Well its pretty much not my day... I wanted so badly to make appointments with a dentist and a doctor, all the sudden it felt like its the hardest thing ever!!!

Waiting for a bf or a friend for hang outs not this difficult!!!

I managed to get the car for the whole afternoon and went to the dentist clinic~~ who knows~~ it was lunch time~~ ok I can just do lots of things to kill time ~~ so I go for window shopping at imperial!!!

it says 1.30pm will resume back to work~~ but in the end i waited until almost 2pm~~ the door of the clinic doesn't seems to answer... so i left to another dentist~~~ this 1 more kick!!

"To make an appointment, it would be on January because the schedule for this month has already fully booked and so as today. If you still want to make an appointment~ do feel free to call this number :)" Replied the receptionist.

As fired as I felt~~ i stompped down all the way to my car and took a deep breath and headed back home... reached home finally, Sis had rushed me home because of her take-away rice was in the car and she really needs to feed her tummy....

Sometimes when you hada bad day, no matter whatever helps or funny stuffs happened along the way ~~ you can't see the fun of it.

Luckily my friend Michelle asked me out for a walk in Parkson hohhoho accompanied by her other 2 compainions ^^ we had tons of laughs and everything just seems to be turning another way round!! hhohoho

later in the day~ I get another Michelle, who invited me for a kareaoke session for free!!! hohohoho was awesome~~ well my sis refused to join us since she has to prepare for her major exam so ~~

Gosh i sang till my voice changed.... anyways it was great overall~~ hohohoh!!

WHAT IS A DATE!!!

Ok for some of you might think that I'm just being ridiculous and all those that you could think about when it comes to the term "Date" !!!

Well there are several meanings to "Date"

Professsionally

1. Time that is being stated in month, day and year.

2. State of time in the calender.

3. An engagement to go out socially with another person, often out of romantic interestAn engagement to go out socially with another person, often out of romantic interest.

4. To have origin in a particular time in the past.

5. up-to date and out of date~~~ well this 1 you cna figure out yourself hohoho!!!

                       A long long time ago~~~

well I don't know whether how long is long when romance was born into this world ^^

According to a few friends of mine whom I had discussed about this topic with, each one of them gave me interesting answers to this subject!!!

Person 1:

Last time ler~~ the male or female will ask another party who is also interested in that particular male or female ~~ a day out and they would have fun together ~~ and in the end they would do something beneath the stars and moon~~~ *** want to know wad does to stars and moon means~~ hohoho!! leave it to your imagination then HOHOHO***

Person 2: Date is 'pak to' lo~~~ two lovers together go out n do what lovers does ~~

Person 3:
Date can be just about hanging out with your friends what~~ there is no rules saying that person you asked them out must be someone you must be emotionally attached.

Person 4:
Siao eh you, well it is about having candle light dinner together ** all romantic stuffs you can find in the love novels **

Person 5:

Haiya, date can come in many forms!! you can even date your laptop like you are doing right now!!! still think that the laptop nowadays the best partner to hang out with.

Person 6: No comment... never in love before so I consider all hangouts with people whom i know and agreed to go out with, dates  ***it's me ** :(

Hanoi Trip 2010

HOHOHOHo hey there guys!!! Well I just got back from a company trip to Hanoi and everything was being paid for and trust me it’s like

Well I take that as a Yes then HOHOHOHO!!!

For my case... I was pretty much in the busiest schedule ever as compared to all the trips that I had ever done to any places that I ever experienced!!

Below is the diagram that able to describe how hectic was it for me, especially for these 2 months of my 2010 Year!!

Singapore (1 Week)  Sibu (1 Week)  Miri (2 days)  Sibu (2 days)  Miri (4 days) Kuala Lumpur (1 night)  Hanoi (4 days)  Kuala Lumpur (3 days) Miri (FINALLY) !!!

Despite how hectic that was~~ well it’s kind of rewarding and lots being learnt along the way. For the Singapore trip~~ it was for Lisa’s Graduation ceremony!! It was a shopping spree at the same time HOHOHOHOho and the rest about Singapore trip, I shall share with you all in the later posts ~~ because~~~ Hanoi trip was the major one of all the trips I had this year!!

And so, right after my Sibu trip, I rushed back to Miri for my semester finals~~ gosh believe me; I lost the entire mood to study and don’t be bothered revise them as well!!!

back to the Hanoi trip~~ Hanoi is located within Vietnam... moving on with the intro of Hanoi, this trip was being organized by Mitra Travel Agency and everything was being paid for by MAAKL ^^

Great isn’t it


Took a flight down to KL to meet up the rest of my family, they were there a day earlier and yes~~ I was alone for those few days and guess what~~~
Micha honey accompanied me singing for the night at Season Karaoke and it was awesome!!! Singing our hearts out after revision!!

As I had mentioned earlier, I had my examinations~~ and the last day of my examination which was on the 23rd November, my last paper ended at 7.30pm, and I still managed to attend a small gathering to celebrate the last paper for the semester of the year at China Hot Pot if I’m not mistaken about its name ^^ HOHOHOHo
Right after the steamboat, tummy stuffed with food~~ Summer honey, she rushed me all the way to the airport



and guess wad~~~ the flight time was at 9.45pm, and I reached at 9.30pm!!!
My heart was racing against time and it really was scary when I started to worry about missing my flight!!!

Luckily ~~ I managed to board the plane~~ and in the departure hall, there was this guy, a middle aged guy who keeps looking at me with a grinned expression on his face!!! It was super disgusting and not to mention *ham sap* (cheeky) if that is the way to put it hohohoho!!

I started praying so hard that I won’t be seated beside him in the plane!! I would cry my heart out!!!
Hhohohoho of course in the end I was seated next to another aunty ~~ hohohohohoho rejoiced!!!



After the 2.5 hours of flying~~~ finally Catherine able to fetch me from the airport to Comfort Inn !!! hohoho or else I would have to take a taxi or a bus down to the city area and it would be very dangerous since I arrived proximately around 12 midnight huhuhuhuhu scary~~~ that makes it around 2am dawn, I managed a sleep.

Took a Naza Kia Taxi to KLIA. It was proximately around 5.30am that time and was thinking that I would just rest while on our way to the airport~~ but the darling driver~~ has this super cool stuff that really got me tempted!! **TV** guess what....



Phua Chu Kang the movie DVD !!!


Come on who doesn’t love TV entertainment and its Phua Chu Kang somemore!! Gosh ~~
To be frank when we reached the airport~~ we were like looking everywhere for anyone that we might probably know~ but since the flight is at 10am to Hanoi~~



NO ONE IS THERE YET!!!


And so~~ we chilled at the cafe awhile... around 8am plus~~~ sightings of people lining up at the Hanoi check in counter, SPOTTED!!!!



As quick as the wind~~ we squeezed ourselves among those people and to be frank most of the people there ~~ I’m so clueless whether they are the members of our tour trip... most of them aged around 40-50 years old!!! Some even with kids, gfs or bfs~~~ omg I was expecting to meet handsome guys ~~ HUA HUA HUA HUA I know I know I might got some influenced by the hamsap guy the other day in the airport hohohoho!!!! Can’t help to think that way~~ I believe most of us would do the same as well~~ hohoho don bottled those thoughts inside la~~ WAKAKAKA!!!

And so ~~ around 10am, we boarded the plane~~ and trust me its super awesome to be flying with MAS airlines!!! They have this TV and they entertained us with

Well I don’t appreciate the second movie as much though... it’s pretty silly and kind of lame for a good story line to be made.... huhuhhuhuhuhu
Still in the plane... we are being served delicious food!! Mucks!! Magnificto!!! I ordered the chicken noodle and its MUACKS!!! Oh yess its very very tasty!!!
Dessert??
HAAGEN- DAZ ice-cream!!!! WUUUHUUU!! Life can never be this great!!! WAKAKAKA!!



We even had Ferrero Rochere chocolates!!!

FINALLY the airport of Noi Bai Vietnam!!!! To be frank ~~ the airport is painted in blue~~ including its planes as well!!!

Next stop~~ EAT AGAIN!!!



This restaurant serves local foods and believe me... the fried popia~~ and the seafoods over there are the best of the best!! Freshly prepared and served!!

After eating~~ of coz~~ we need to go back to our begs~!!!



Though it is only 4 days 3 nights in Vietnam but hmmmmm yea everyone really get themselves ready for any outcomes that might happened !!!
We hopped into the tour bus and hohoho since I come from a family of 5~~~ well ~~ its nice to occupied the back seats of the bus!!!
Yea~~ I bet you understand what I meant hohohohoho!!!!




As the bus begin its journey to bring us all to Ha Long Bay~~ one of the district of Vietnam, we are captivated by the scenery along the way!!
By the way~~ this journey takes us 4 hours on road... and huhuhuhuhu my butt has already become a pancake!!!

Most of the houses in Vietnam are something like this one~~ narrow, long and tall!!! Simply because the land there are very expensive and everything its being stake up on the top of each another!!!

Another thing that got us curious was that~~~





Most of the houses are not completely being paint!!! Its like you beautify the front phase of your house and the both sides of the house just leave it as it is!!!
The tour guide explained this phenomenon to us, simple because that... to the residents all over Vietnam that painted their houses half way... thinking that one day that there shall be neighbours building up their house side by side with theirs ~~ so to them~~ there is no point of wasting the money and leave it to the future neighbour to deal with it !! hmmm come to think of it ~~ its somehow makes sense and pretty funny in a way HOHOHO!!


Our tour guide really knows how to take good care of us~~~ they even provide goodies in the bus for all of us to munch along the way~~~ and sooner than we know it~~ we noticed something more interesting!!!



Oh yesh~~!!! This one!!! For your information~~ the cow is still alive~~~ and it will be transported to a customer... a full grown cow such as this one~~ can easily cost up to 1,000 USD!!! Though Vietnam’s official currency is Dong~~ but they run their business transactions mostly on USD!!! Huhuhuhuu **sobs***



YESH!!! 2 hours on the road~~ we finally able to visit the “Happy Room” **Toilets***
This picture able to tell you how much toilets make us the happiest people on earth at that split second!!!



We stopped by one of the tourist attraction named ABS Stop... this place, they manufacture cravings of Marbles and all Vietnamese outfits can be found here....
They do it live and you will able to see how their clothes being made, hand-sewed pictures!! Hmmm as much as I wish to take a picture of them for you all... sigh cameras are not allowed!!! But i managed to steal a picture of one of the marble worker, on duty...



All these sculptures are craved and numerous of people bought them across countries!!! And the arts/ work really amazing!! Its so fine until you can’t even believe that it could be done!!!

Half an hour later~~ we hopped back into the bus!!!

Hohohohoh!! Can’t wait until we reached civilization!!!

At last!! We reached our hotel!!!! Ha Long Pearl hotel!!! Omg we were all so drained out like what after our long road journey!!!




But we are not done yet for the day!!!
Tummy still need to be taken care of~~ hohohoho!!
We were being treat to a fine hotel’s restaurant which is located 2 blocks from our hotel and its has very nice architecture!!!
The buildings are being built in English style of designs... and we ate by the pool~~

Today's mood

Today all the sudden I felt like I lost something that I used to have.

Feeling deep down that, things changed, and people change.

I do not know what got into me today but it feels like, I ended lonely and somehow wished that someone would know about it.

All that I used to have and the people that comes and goes in my life. It just making me feel like I can't bare to let someone else to be as close to me because I will not know when they will leave me again and the feeling really sucks. There are friends saying that I'm just thinking too much or its me the one that wants to avoid everyone.

I do not deny the fact that I'm avoiding people and having this phobia that once someone is too close to me... or when my emotions are attached to them... I will feel the pain whenever they decided to leave.

Experienced all these over and over again, really turning me down. Way down until I don't whether I should trust someone to be near me once more. There are also friends saying that I accept someone as a friend very easy and I'm being very naif in life. In order for me to grow up, some of them even try their best to hurt me to wake me up. But it really hurts. more like very.

I thought of it for awhile. Tears are filling up my eyes. Finally, now i come to realize that I lost myself in all these issues... no wonder they say friends really gives big impact in your life. I strongly agree to it.

For me to be as care free as before. seems impossible... I tend to think more that makes me more miserable and I really hate it. Fight as I might against all those thoughts, flashes of those times on how much I was hurt back then. Tears myself apart once more.

As for now, I don't know what else to think of but to drunk myself up with work loads and .... well is there anymore that I can think about for the time being?

I think its about it for today...

**Days with Manual Car**

Ever since my baby car is in the workshop to be repaired... Gosh how much i missed it~~ but~~ in the meanwhile~~

golly, its been a while I drive manual car... so~~ you can just imagine how eager am I to drive it !! ~~ a very cute kancil that my lovely aunt lent to us for these few days

Moving on to the driving experiences~~

Since its manual... there are clutch, brake and accelerator... and of course the gear box~~ the lovely one... with the most fuss among all of them....and when you able to drive smoothly~~ the car will of course move very smoothly~~

Oh yeah~~ you will never feel anymore alive if you where in a ride with me in this car~ Because you will feel as if you are in ~~
